1) Is HiToolKit compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7?

Yes however before installing HiToolkit for Business you need to create a new folder, for example "C:/HTK". Now start the installation, when you are prompted for an installation location do not use the default, but instead select the folder you created. You can use any folder name or location that is not in "C:/Program Files/" or "C:/Windows/".
