RAC products - 36 months (3 years) from date of invoice.
Utopia and Set Free systems - 60 months (5 years) from date of invoice.

Hitachi is developing an online Spare Parts selection system www.hitachiaircon.com/spareparts. Accessible at all times, it includes an advanced search engine that enables you to locate parts using model number, refrigerant type, indoor unit type and voltage.

A schematic diagram of the unit is shown which allows you to view and select parts by clicking on the component. The part can be added to your basket and an order is automatically generated to the spare parts team.

Available during the first quarter of 2009, this new system will improve the part selection and dispatch process for you, our customers.
