How can you get a Subsidised Heat Pump with Hitachi?

Hitachi Heat Pumps are proud to be a part of the ECCA Warmer Kiwi Homes initiative.

The initiative will invest $201 million into making low-income Kiwi homes warmer and healthier. As of the 1st July 2019, the Warmer Kiwi Home programme began offering grants for heating appliances, largely heat pumps. This is a four year initiative offering grants covering 90% of the cost of heating appliances up to the value of $3000.

Hitachi has made four heat pump sizes available for installation through the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme, these sit within the 4kW, 6kW, 8kW and 9kW heating sizes. Hitachi heat pumps have one of the most attractive offerings. We are the most affordable brand in the programme.Within the 4kW heating options our RAS-S35YHAB heat pump receives a heating 5-star energy rating and is the only consumer recommended product, this is perfect for many average sized living rooms. The other three Hitachi heat pumps we offer through the Warmer Kiwi Homes initiative feature amongst the best heating energy star ratings for comparative product.
