Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air-conditioning (Thailand) Co., Ltd. arranged the "Hitachi Installer Training 2024" which was the 2nd time of annual product seminar especially for “Air-Cond technician and installer", aiming to enhance their awareness and trustworthiness with Hitachi Air-Cond product.
Besides product seminar, there were workshop sessions which let the technician & installer had experience and enhance their service skill with Hitachi product, by training to solvie the Air-Cond problems. Then they'll be more confidence to introduce the Hitachi Air-Cond product to customer.
The nationwide seminars had been done as plan:
- Chiang Mai
- Chaing Rai
- Lampang
- Nan
- Udonthani
- Surin
- Chonburi
- Suratthani
- Samutsongkram
- Bangkok
We received overwhelmingly feedback from installer who participated our seminar. The total attendance reached 1,219 people, surpassing the target by 13%.
In the satisfaction survey, an impressive 97% expressed satisfaction and indicated a desire us to continue organizing similar events in the future.
