Johnson Controls - Hitachi Air Conditioning, as a global manufacturer of air conditioning equipment, has developed a unique tool for its service and installation technicians that facilitates the diagnosis and resolution of error codes that may appear on Hitachi Cooling & Heating products. airCloud Alarm Code is an initiative of the European customer service team, developed by the European IT team and based on the new Progressive Web App technology. In this way, it is sufficient to download the web application once from the browser. There is no need to update the tool, because with this technology, unlike most traditional applications, the content is automatically updated each time the user logs on.
Another advantage of using this tool is that anyone can access the platform, regardless of the device they have (mobile, tablet, PC) and the operating system they use (Windows, MAC, etc.), as it can be accessed through the browser or download the application here.
A simple, practical and very complete tool
airCloud Alarm Code is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and French. It is a very practical tool for the technical team, because in just a few steps they can quickly and easily access the correct diagnosis. They can find a complete description for each of the alarm codes, which can be shared and even downloaded in PDF format, with all the information they need. The language selection determines the information loaded from the platform, depending on the country's product range. The design of the platform is in line with Hitachi Cooling & Heating's image, easily recognisable by its customers and aligned with the rest of the brand's online tools.
