Heat pump installers and technicians can create a free CSNET Home account here and then request their local Hitachi representative or distributor to upgrade their account to a PRO user.

Access operation data can sorted by circuit or zone - viewed in graphs or exported, a full alarm log with quick access to related troubleshooting documents, and a log of every command given to the system. With the home users permission via their app, a PRO user can also control the system remotely. Alarm events can be viewed and email notifications generated.

Compatible with the full range of Yutaki air-to-water heat pumps that provide both space heating and domestic hot water for homes, and Yutampo air-to-water tank and heater solution. Products require installation of the ATW-IOT-01 IoT gateway device which simply connects via a cable to the heat pump and communicates over Wi-Fi to a home router.
